Private Lessons
One on one instruction with Randy, focusing on boxing, kickboxing, or MMA. Including: interval training, endurance, overall fitness, strength and conditioning, and muscle tone. Semi Private Lessons
Small group classes with Randy (no more than 4 to 5 students). Focusing on boxing, kickboxing, or MMA.
